Different Wedding Aesthetics - Tablescapes
Hi and welcome back to the blog! Apparently 2021 is the year of new blog series because we have another new one that we are so excited to share with you. In this blog series, we will be breaking down different wedding aesthetics through different parts of wedding day. This first post shows a few of our favorite wedding aesthetics through tablescapes.
To be completely honest, I have a love-hate relationship with tablescapes. On one hand, the tables bring me so much stress on wedding days because there are so many different elements that need to be set up and aligned just perfectly. Sometimes we are doing this on over a hundred different place settings in a time crunch. However, the end result always makes the stress and tedious work so worth it, as you will be in the photos below. Tablescapes are some of my favorite aspects of a wedding day because they can really convey the feeling of the wedding and result in some of my favorite photos from the day. So let’s get into it…
Organic Minimal
Minimal themes are just what they sound like. They aren’t over the top in florals or table décor and instead convey a simple elegance. Although the minimal theme has been rather popular lately, there is a fine line between tables looking bare and underdone and the tables looking minimal and elegant. However, this aesthetic places a nice and cohesive twist on the minimal trend by uncooperating an organic feel into the décor. I love the incorporation of the florals to add some soft color to the table and the terracotta accents for another little detail.

Romantic Organic
In my opinion, romantic organic aesthetics are such a classic look and feel for a wedding. Since weddings are obviously a romantic event decorated with tons of flowers and organic material, this theme always seems to come up naturally. However, that doesn’t make it any less special or uncreative. There are so many ways you can customize a romantic organic wedding and make it special to you as a couple. In this wedding shown below, the couple added a beautiful statement installation behind the estate table that provided the most beautiful background for the couple and wedding party.

Classic – blue
Another great wedding aesthetic that is completely customizable is a classic theme with an accent color. Our couple in this case chose to keep things very classic but adding blue accents to bring in another element. While many couples who want a more modern theme tend to stay away from a classic wedding due to the fear of being outdated, these themes tend to never go out of style. Especially because of how versatile it is. If you are truly looking for a timeless wedding with lots of room for customization, I think a classic wedding with an accent color is the way to go.

Timeless Garden
Timeless garden weddings tend to be some of my favorites because of how beautiful and romantic they are. As a floral enthusiast, I may be a little bias but these weddings have such a charm to them that always stands out. Due to the romantic feel of gardens in general, these weddings are always appropriate but are even more perfect in the springtime. The wedding below is full of lots of flowers and soft colors that really left the guests with a very lighthearted and joyful feeling.
