From Inspiration to Implementation - Taylor and Dane
I am so excited to bring you the second installation of our series “ from inspiration to implementation” where we take you through the planning process of some of our weddings! Today I am sharing the inspiration and final photos from Taylor + Dane’s wedding.
The couple wanted to embrace Fall for their September wedding. When talking to Taylor + Dane about their dream big day, we chatted about their color scheme being light pinks with terra-cotta accents and obviously lots of green. They also wanted an overall classy yet intimate feeling to their wedding. While creating the inspiration board for this very sweet couple, I could already envision this wedding. Luckily for us, their wedding ended up coming together beautifully and seamlessly.
Drawing from Taylor + Dane's inspiration board, we were able to really bring their dream wedding to life! We utilized their color scheme of light pinks, terra-cotta, and green tones through their details and florals. My favorite detail from their whole day were the terra-cotta disks used as place markers on the table. That special detail really pulled the whole table together in such a unique way.
I also loved how we really brought the classy and intimate feeling home through the design and styling of the wedding. Black bridesmaids’ dresses always convey a classy tone to me and always look so good in contrast with the bride’s dress and overall colors of the wedding. The lanterns and candles throughout the reception space made the wedding feel really special and intimate.
Although this wedding was small, that added so much to it. Every detail, from including their sweet pup to the mini pie charcuterie board, felt very intentional and personal to the couple. I love the one large head table full of family and close friends. I, like all of the guests, truly left this wedding filled with so much joy for the couple!
